1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how OnlySearch collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you browse the website, create an account, use AI features, contact us, or purchase paid services.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

  • account details such as email address, profile identifiers, and authentication metadata;
  • transaction and billing records such as plan, invoices, renewal status, and payment-provider reference IDs;
  • content you submit, including prompts, uploaded images, favorites, and search activity;
  • usage and device data such as browser type, IP-derived region, approximate device information, and product interactions;
  • analytics and diagnostics data used to measure performance, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse; and
  • communications you send us, including support, legal, billing, and privacy requests.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on OnlySearch servers.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to provide the service, authenticate users, process payments, maintain account security, detect fraud and abuse, improve search and AI features, analyze product performance, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service, billing, or policy updates.

4. Legal bases where applicable

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We may share information with service providers that help us deliver the product, such as hosting providers, authentication vendors, analytics tools, customer-support systems, and payment processors. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer.

6. Cookies, local storage, and analytics

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, understand feature usage, and improve reliability. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the service may not function properly if they are disabled.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy tax, accounting, or legal obligations. In general, account information is kept while your account remains active, transactional records are retained for compliance purposes, and backups or logs may persist for limited periods before deletion.

8. International data processing

OnlySearch and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. When we do so, we take reasonable steps intended to ensure an appropriate level of protection for personal information under applicable law.

9. Your choices and rights

You may have the right, depending on your location, to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

  • You can usually update basic profile information through your account settings.
  • You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in those messages.
  • You may request account deletion or privacy assistance by contacting us.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, and we may decline requests where an exemption or legal obligation applies.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

OnlySearch is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of this policy, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
