1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using OnlySearch, you agree to these Terms of Service. You may use the service only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and are at least the minimum digital-consent age in your location.

2. What OnlySearch provides

OnlySearch provides AI-assisted image search, discovery, and creative tooling. Features, availability, limits, and supported regions may change over time, and some features may be marked as beta, preview, or experimental.

3. Accounts and account security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use OnlySearch to:

• break the law or violate the rights of others;
• upload, generate, or distribute infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content;
• probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass service limits, security controls, or safety filters;
• automate abusive scraping, resale, or other uses that materially burden the platform; or
• use the service to build a competing dataset or product in violation of these Terms.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit, subject to the rights needed for us and our subprocessors to host, process, display, transmit, and moderate that content in order to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and prompts.

6. Third-party sources and intellectual property

OnlySearch may index publicly available images and link back to source pages. Copyright and other rights in third-party content remain with their respective owners. Your use of content discovered through OnlySearch must comply with the rights, licenses, and restrictions set by the original source or rights holder. 7. Paid services, subscriptions, and billing

Pricing, plan limits, billing cadence, and any usage-based charges are shown on the website or at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, are billed in advance, and applicable taxes may be added. If payment fails or is disputed, we may retry billing, limit paid features, or suspend access until the account is brought current.

You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer-protection laws.

8. Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, including features or limits, when reasonably necessary for product development, abuse prevention, maintenance, or legal compliance. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or created risk for users, rights holders, payment partners, or the platform.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. AI-generated or AI-ranked results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use, and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlySearch and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose or USD $100.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page, and continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
