Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and other direct purchases made from OnlySearch unless a different policy is shown at checkout or in a separate written agreement.

2. Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscription fees are billed in advance and, unless the checkout page says otherwise, renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewals and your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Current billing periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy.

3. Duplicate, accidental, or unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged more than once, charged incorrectly, or charged without authorization, contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and, when appropriate, correct the charge or issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Material service failures

If a paid feature is unavailable for an extended period or materially fails to perform as described, and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we may provide a prorated refund, service credit, or account extension, depending on the circumstances and to the extent permitted by law.

5. Items that are generally not refundable

Unless required by law or promised at checkout, we generally do not refund completed billing periods, taxes and government fees, custom or enterprise commitments, or usage that has already been substantially consumed or delivered.

6. How to request a refund review

Please send refund requests to support@onlysearch.com from the email address associated with your account, and include your invoice ID, the charge date, and a short explanation. For faster review, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of the charge, although requests may still be reviewed later where required by law.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate promptly. Filing a chargeback does not waive your obligations under these policies, and access to paid features may be limited while the payment dispute is under review.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
